A Short Bio on Scott Anderson
Scott Anderson went from Air Force officer to entrepreneur/inventor within days. He joined the Air Force in 1989 and was commissioned as an officer in 2003. Anderson spent the last four years working at the Pentagon in the Office of Secretary Defense. He retired five days before we recorded this interview after 30 years of combined service. Scott lives with his wife in N. Bethesda, MD. He is a father to three children and a grandfather to five grandchildren.
The idea of iFlex came to him in March of 2019. He worked with numerous manufacturers and officially launched iFlex into eCommerce in July of 2019. After the first month bringing in around $8,000 in sales, every month just kept getting better and better. In May 2020, Anderson signed a royal distribution agreement with Media Brands International, and within a few months, iFlex was on the shelves at Walmart. Soon, iFlex will hopefully be at Staples, Walgreens CVS, Kroger, 7-11, and other major retailers. In a little over one year after retiring from the Air Force, Scott Anderson’s product is a MAJOR success.
