Steve Dean, founder and inventor of the ESPRO Sports Cleaner, built his company from scratch into full distribution in Wal-Mart and an eventual acquisition by Jelmar Products, the makers of CLR cleaning products.

Steve played football for the University of Alabama and coached youth sports for many years before he founded Environmental Sports Products.  He found early success because he understood the sports market both as an athlete and as a coach.  In this episode, Steve shares advice that will be helpful for anyone looking to get their product into a major retailer like Wal-Mart or looking to eventually exit their business through an acquisition.
